Repair Timescales

Repair timescales may vary depending on the manufacturer and the nature of the fault, as items are sent to official UK repair centres for assessment and servicing.

We ask customers to allow up to 14 working days for the repair process to be completed. In most cases, once the repair or replacement has been carried out, the manufacturer will return the item directly to the customer.

Please note that timescales can occasionally vary depending on parts availability and manufacturer workload, but we will always aim to keep delays to a minimum and keep you updated where possible.

If this timescale has passed, please get in contact with us and we’ll be happy to check the status of your repair for you.
